Using a cricut machine you can cut this on a green standardgrip cutting mat place your vinyl face up on the cutting mat select the proper cutting material and load your fine point blade. Now you can with your cricut smart cutting machine. If using a ruler measure from the edge of the vinyl stencil box to the edge of the sign on all sides to make sure it s centered. You can either eye it or use a ruler. I love how my wood sign turned out.

You can cut your permanent outdoor vinyl by hand or with a cutting machine. Then use painter s tape or masking tape and tape it down to the wood sign. Grab some wood and vinyl to cut out a stencil and let s get cricuting. It wasn t as easy as it looks.
